We charge a Shipping rate of $10 for standard delivery and $15 for express (excludes heavy/bulky items)  within Australia
We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $150 within Australia
We also offer a FREE  Local Delivery option within Echuca/Moama area
All heavy or bulky item orders will be charged for extra shipping costs
Once we have processed and sent your order, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number. You can then track your order via Australia Post. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 Business days, dependent on Australia Post's Delivery schedule and your location and whether you’ve selected standard or express delivery. Australia Posts delivery service is currently Authority to leave if not stated otherwise- this means Aus Post will leave your delivery in a safe place if you are not home to sign. If you do not want Australia Post to leave your order in a safe place when you are not home to sign, please ensure you provide clear instructions in the notes field when placing your online order with Blush Haus.
Please note above delivery times can vary depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.
Blush Haus cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost, stolen or damaged when being sent out or returned to us. We are happy to assist with any questions but please direct all general enquiries to Australia Post service team. Customers can then only be reimbursed by Blush Haus if Blush Haus is approved for a credit from Australia Post for the lost/ damaged item/s. We highly recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number when returning items to Blush Haus as we are not responsible to compensate the customer if we do not receive the said return. Please note It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.  If the wrong delivery address is provided, Blush Haus cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
